You have 24 hours after your order is confirmed to cancel or modify it.
After this period, our policy applies as follows: since all our products are fully personalized according to the specifications you provide when placing your order, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be possible once the cancellation window has passed.

2. Verification Before Production

To ensure your satisfaction, we provide a preview of your creation (applies to certain products). We strongly encourage you to carefully review all details before confirming your order.

3. Exceptions

We are committed to providing quality service:

• If you receive a damaged product;
• If the product personalization does not match the specifications provided in your order.

Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package and include the following information:

• Order number
• Photos of the product received
• A clear description of the issue

Once verification has been completed against your initial order, we will contact you to agree on a satisfactory solution.
